Looking for a fun way to give back this Halloween? Then come to the Chemung County Humane Society and SPCA on October 31 and enjoy seeing some tricks from our animals and bring a treat to give them in return. In addition, if visitors do a trick for our staff, they will receive candy as a treat.
"This is just a fun way for our staff and animals to interact with the public," said Barbara McLean, executive director of the Chemung County Humane Society and SPCA. "We love seeing all the wonderful tricks people have as well as showing off what our shelter animals can do."
The shelter is open from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Halloween. For more information, please call the Chemung County SPCA at 607-732-1827.
